DO YOU COMPLY WITH CENTER DESIGN GUIDELINES, BCA AND AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS REGULATIONS? 

We appreciate the value of design standards that promote a consistant quality and equitable standard across all tenancies in a property.  We aim to fully adhere, whilst balancing this with our clients needs and constraints. We pay particular attention to the BCA and Australian Standards compliance. 

 

DO YOU PROVIDE DETAILED CONCEPT AND DOCUMENTATION PACKS?

Yes, we provide fully detailed concept and documentation packs.  Having detailed design documentation allows for prompt approvals and ensures that the fitout process can proceed quickly and smoothly.  This also limits variation costs by eliminating the need for guesswork or assumptions. 

 

CAN YOU WORK TO TIGHT DESIGN AND FITOUT DEADLINES?

We will do everything in our power to prioritise the programming for your project if you have a tight timeframe.  Of course, the more time you can give, the better resolved the design solutions will be.  However, we understand the pressures of business and have built our reputation on always meeting our deadlines.

 

ARE YOUR FEES COMPETITIVE?

Feedback from shopping centres, clients and shopfitters indicates that our fees are quite competitive and often cheaper than others offering a similar high level of service.

 

WILL YOU TAKE A COLLABORATIVE ATTITUDE TO WORKING WITH US?

Yes.  We believe that it is in the best interests of our clients that we do not adopt a combatitive attitude towards property management staff.  The design and fitout process moves smoothly when a democratic and collaborative approach is taken by the designer to ensure that the client is well represented and their relationship with the lessor maximises mutual benefit.

 

HAVE YOU WORKED ON ONE OF OUR PROPERTIES BEFORE?

We have worked with Westfield, AMP, GPT, Stocklands, Myer, David Jones, many small independent malls, and Sydney, Auckland, Wellington and Brisbane airports, on projects regarding both tenancies within centers, and mall infrastructure.  It is likely that we have worked on one of your properties, or on many others with similar requirements.
